The NBSA's feature on Connecticut Public Television's "Resourceful" has premiered!! "Resourceful" highlights grassroots initiatives across a variety of cities and towns to bring a broad and diverse look at the state of Connecticut. This included a visit to the Niantic Bay Yacht Club, highlighting our academy's efforts to inspire our sailing students to embrace the science of sailing as well as a lifetime of environmental stewardship! 🌎⛵
Gold Designation from Sailors for the Sea
We achieved a GOLD designation from Sailors for the Sea! Thank you to the volunteers who led the way by engaging and educating the NBSA on green initiatives and environmental practices! And thank you to all the volunteers and students who went above and beyond by keeping our little slice of heaven at Niantic Bay Yacht Club pristine and sustainable! 🌎♻️⛵

Larry White Junior Olympic Regatta
On July 15th, junior sailors from throughout southern New England came to Niantic, CT to compete in the annual Larry White Junior Olympic Regatta hosted by the Niantic Bay Yacht Club. This regatta is one of several held throughout the country as part of US Sailing’s Junior Olympic Sailing Festival.
